On May 30th 2018, the Revenue Commissioners published updated regulations with regard to Employers’ PAYE Compliance.
This covered such areas as maintaining a register of employees and employers’ obligation to register new employees with Revenue where no P45 from previous employment or tax credit certificate has been received.
