We outsourced our payroll to OPTiM Payroll in October 2016. We had a very short window of only 2 weeks to move from an in-house payroll solution to a manged payroll solution, yet this was handled with speed and accuracy, and the transition was seamless.

Since then, we have only encountered the highest level of service from Michael and his team. They are extremely efficient and deliver accurate payrolls on time, every time.

They also have demonstrated a sound knowledge of the Organisation of Working Time Act.

It gives me great comfort to know that my payroll operations are in very safe hands.
