OPTiM Payroll is a division of OPTiM Financial Solutions which was founded in 2006 by two key senior members of Great Southern Hotels management team.
The focus of the business is to provide tailored managed payroll solutions for all types of businesses with a particular emphasis on service type industries where there can be high turnover of employees and varying work patterns.
The directors, Michael O'Hare and Rowena Parker, have a combined experience of over 60 years in financial and payroll management in the hospitality sector. They have been able to apply this experience to a range of service industries including home care, nursing homes, hotels and restaurants. The added value in our service is the ability to tailor the service to each customer's needs, providing them with customised payroll cost reports in the format and level of detail they require.
Our main objective is to reduce the administration overhead for our clients giving them the time and information to manage and operate their businesses effectively.
